Teaching Associate Professor
What I do
I am a teaching associate professor, focusing on common curriculum classes and advanced classes in health and sustainability.
I completed my undergraduate degree in geography at the University of Oxford, UK, followed by a Masters and Ph.D. in geography at the University of Minnesota, US. My research interests focus around health and the environment, including recent research projects on the role of the World Heritage Convention in national parks in the US and an exploration of out-of-hospital birth in Minnesota. I am a passionate teacher and enjoy writing text books and exploring scholarship on teaching and learning.
